- Most orders will be processed and shipped withing 24 hours. While we strive to keep backorders to a minimum, they are possible. Unless instructed otherwise, we will ship all available products and ship back-ordered items as soon as they are available. Shipments will be sent best way unless a carrier is specified or the order qualifies for common carrier (truck). Orders are F.O.B. Pensacola, FL.

- All Claims for material damaged in shipment must be reported to the delivering carrier: FedEx driver, truck driver etc. Please hold onto the original carton as this is often necessary in order to settle claims

- Orders are accepted 24 hours a day by website, fax or phone. A live service representative is available from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday - Friday.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- There are many chemicals, accessories, and parts we sell which are not included on this website. We will continue to upgrade this website to include these items. Should you need an item or part not included, give us a call and chances are we will have it in stock or can get it for you. PRICES ON THIS WEBSITE ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE
- Viewing Orders
- All incomplete orders can be viewed by viewing your "cart" here. All completed orders will be confirmed by an email sent to the email address provided by customer. Please save confirmation emails for reference in case you may have an issue.
